Tips
- Start where you are.
- Make sure you're working on the right problem with the right framing.
- Be aware of gravity problems which are not real problems. If it's not actionable, it's not a problem.
- Don't get stuck on something where you have no chance of succeeding at. You can set audacious goals, but they need to be realistic and smart.
- Break life down into the street areas: health (emotional, physical, mentor/sleep, diet, exercise), work (what gets you paid, what do you do for free), play (what activities bring you Joy, not done to win, advance, achieve), love (family, friends, lover, community). Color code calendar and find ways to track colors
